Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all products, services, programs, and offerings provided by Pulse Point Practice Inc, including but not limited to in-person training programs, online education, digital content, coaching and consulting services, memberships, marketing services, webinars, live events, and future offerings. By purchasing or enrolling in any of our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please review the section relevant to your purchase carefully.

1. In-Person Training & Live Events

(Including Dry Needling Courses, Certifications, Workshops, and Seminars) We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any in-person training or live event due to circumstances including, but not limited to, low enrollment, instructor availability, venue issues, or events beyond our control. If an in-person course or event is canceled by us, registered participants will be offered one of the following options:
  • A full refund of tuition paid, or
  • A transfer of registration to a future course date and/or location
We are not responsible for reimbursement of travel, lodging, or other expenses incurred by participants. Participant Cancellations Participants may cancel their registration up to 30 calendar days prior to the scheduled course start date and receive a refund minus applicable payment processing fees. Cancellations made within 30 days of the course start date are not eligible for a refund. In such cases, participants may:
  • Transfer their registration to a future course of the same type, or
  • Hold the full amount as a credit toward a future course
Once a registration is transferred or converted to a credit, it is no longer eligible for a refund. Course registrations and seats are non-transferable to other individuals. If a course is interrupted or canceled due to force majeure or circumstances beyond our control, no refunds will be issued. Registration will be transferred to a future course at no additional charge.

2. Online Education & Digital Courses

(Including Online Foundations, Digital Certifications, Recorded Courses, and Educational Platforms) Online education and digital courses are delivered electronically and provide immediate access upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital content:
  • All online course purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted, regardless of completion status or usage.
This policy applies to all current and future online education offerings.

3. Membership Programs

(Including recurring subscriptions, educational memberships, and community access) Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis as disclosed at the time of enrollment.
  • Membership payments are non-refundable
  • Cancellations must be made prior to the next billing cycle to avoid future charges
  • Access remains active through the end of the current billing period
No partial refunds or prorated refunds are issued for unused time.

4. Coaching, Consulting & Advisory Services

(Including 1:1 coaching, group coaching, business consulting, strategy sessions, and advisory services) All coaching and consulting services are non-refundable once initiated.
  • Completed sessions are non-refundable
  • Missed sessions are forfeited
  • Rescheduling requires advance notice as outlined in the service agreement
  • Coaching packages become non-refundable once any session has been delivered
Results are not guaranteed.

5. Marketing & Done-For-You Services

(Including SEO, Google Ads, website services, GMB optimization, automation, billing optimization, virtual assistant hiring, and related services) All setup fees and service fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
  • Month-to-month services require written cancellation notice prior to the next billing cycle
  • Performance outcomes are not guaranteed
  • Fees are not contingent upon results
This policy applies to all current and future marketing, operational, and implementation services.

6. Paid Webinars & Live Virtual Events

Paid webinars, workshops, and live virtual events are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated at the time of registration. If a live virtual event is canceled by us, participants will receive:
  • A refund, or
  • Access to a rescheduled event or replay, at our discretion

7. Books, Digital Downloads & Written Materials

(Including physical books, ebooks, PDFs, guides, templates, and downloads) All book and digital content sales are final.
  • No refunds or exchanges are provided once delivered
  • Applies to both physical and digital formats

8. Bundled Offerings

Refund eligibility for bundled offerings follows the most restrictive policy of the included components. Once any portion of a bundle has been accessed, delivered, or attended, the entire bundle becomes non-refundable.

9. Payment Errors & Duplicate Charges

In the event of duplicate charges, billing errors, or accidental payments, we will issue a refund for the affected amount minus applicable processing fees, provided the issue is reported promptly.

10. Acknowledgment

By purchasing, enrolling, or participating in any program, service, or offering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy in full.
