Master the Technique That Changes Everything
Get Certified in Dry Needling
— Live, In-Person, Hands-On Training
A comprehensive dry needling training combining structured online education with live, in-person instruction in Indianapolis, IN to build safe, confident, real-world clinical skill.
Not Every Course Is for Everyone. This One Is for Serious Professionals.
Built for Licensed Healthcare Professionals
and Advanced Students
This program is designed for clinicians and advanced students who want to integrate dry needling safely and effectively into real patient care.
Chiropractors (DC)
Adjustments alone don't always resolve stubborn trigger points, referred pain, or chronic neuromuscular tension. Without dry needling, you're leaving a critical clinical gap that limits patient outcomes and shortens your results.
Physical Therapists (PT)
When patients plateau on manual therapy and exercise alone, progress stalls and frustration builds. Without dry needling, you're missing a direct tool to break through neuromuscular dysfunction and get movement restoration back on track.
Athletic Trainers (AT)
Athletes with acute muscle guarding, recurring overuse injuries, or performance-limiting trigger points don't always respond to traditional soft tissue work. Without dry needling, your intervention options run out precisely when athletes need results the most.
Occupational Therapists (OT)
Upper extremity pain and cervical dysfunction are often driven by myofascial contributors that can't be fully addressed through activity modification alone. Without dry needling, functional recovery stays incomplete for the patients who need it most.

Weekend 1: Foundations & Safety
A live, hands-on course focused on safety, anatomical accuracy, and confident clinical application.
$995
DESCRIPTION
Level 1 In-Person Training is an immersive, hands-on course focused on safe application, anatomical accuracy, and confident clinical execution.
This weekend is designed to translate foundational knowledge into practical skill through supervised instruction, live demonstration, and guided practice. Participants are trained to approach dry needling deliberately, with an emphasis on precision, patient safety, and sound clinical judgment.
Dry needling is taught as part of an integrated care model, not as a standalone technique. Instruction reflects years of clinical experience treating complex pain patterns, athletic injuries, and high-demand patient populations.
PURPOSE
The purpose of Level 1 training is to develop clinicians who can apply dry needling responsibly and confidently within their scope of practice.
Participants learn how to assess patients appropriately, select techniques intentionally, and execute needling with control and awareness rather than hesitation or overuse.
CONTENT
Level 1 training includes:
• Surface anatomy and anatomical safety landmarks
• Palpation skill development and tissue awareness
• Introduction to neuromuscular and neurogenic pain patterns
• Foundational dry needling techniques with depth control
• Clinical indications and contraindications
• Integration with rehabilitation, soft tissue work, and movement-based care
• Patient communication and expectation management
All content is directly tied to real clinical decision-making.
LEARNING ACTIVITIES
Participants engage in:
• Live instructor demonstrations
• Supervised hands-on lab sessions
• Real-time feedback and skill refinement
• Clinical discussion and scenario-based learning
Hands-on practice is prioritized to ensure competence, not just exposure.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
Upon completion of Level I training, participants will be able to:
• Identify key anatomical landmarks and safety zones relevant to dry needling procedures
• Demonstrate safe needle handling and insertion techniques with appropriate depth control
• Explain the neurophysiological principles underlying trigger points and neuromuscular pain
• Recognize indications, contraindications, and risk considerations for dry needling treatment
• Perform foundational dry needling techniques on selected muscle groups under supervised instruction
• Integrate dry needling into a basic musculoskeletal treatment framework
PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY
Participants are responsible for practicing within their individual state licensure and scope of practice requirements.
Weekend 2: Performance, Patterns & Pricing
Advanced clinical application for experienced practitioners seeking deeper integration, precision, and practice growth.
$995
DESCRIPTION
Level 2 Advanced Training builds upon the clinical foundation established in Level 1 and focuses on applying dry needling across more complex, dynamic, and regionally interconnected presentations.
This weekend moves beyond isolated techniques and symptom-based approaches. Participants learn to think in systems, refining their ability to recognize regional and global drivers of pain, movement limitation, and neuromuscular dysfunction. Emphasis is placed on selecting needling strategies based on patient presentation, tissue behavior, and clinical progression rather than treating structures in isolation.
Instruction reflects extensive real-world experience treating athletes, high-demand patients, and complex pain cases where precision, adaptability, and judgment matter.
PURPOSE
The purpose of Level 2 training is to elevate clinical reasoning, technical precision, and treatment efficiency for clinicians who already understand the fundamentals and want to integrate dry needling at a higher level.
This course is designed to help practitioners move from competent execution to confident, consistent application across a broader range of clinical scenarios.
CONTENT
Level 2 training includes:
• Advanced myofascial and neuromuscular pain patterns
• Regional and global treatment strategies for spine and extremities
• Neural considerations when selecting dry needling targets
• Advanced technique selection and progression
• Introduction to electrical dry needling, including indications, parameters, and safety considerations
• Integration of dry needling with manual therapy, rehabilitation, and movement strategies
• Clinical efficiency, sequencing, and decision-making under real-world constraints
All content is taught through the lens of practical application, patient response, and long-term outcomes.
LEARNING ACTIVITIES
Participants engage in:
• Advanced instructor demonstrations with clinical explanation
• Extensive supervised hands-on lab sessions
• Case-based discussion drawn from real patient presentations
• Instructor-led debriefs following each lab to reinforce reasoning and technique selection
Training emphasizes refinement, adaptability, and clinical confidence.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
Upon completion of Level 2 training, participants will be able to:
• Apply dry needling strategies to complex musculoskeletal and neuromuscular presentations using sound clinical reasoning
• Demonstrate advanced dry needling techniques for spinal and extremity regions with precision and safety
• Recognize regional, global, and neural contributors to patient presentation
• Understand the principles, indications, and safety parameters associated with electrical dry needling
• Integrate dry needling seamlessly with broader treatment plans
• Modify treatment strategies based on patient response, tissue behavior, and clinical progression
