All coaching and consulting services are subject to availability and eligibility. Membership tiers and pricing may change at any time. We reserve the right to accept or decline applicants for the Scale Tier.

Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our programs. If you complete the first two modules of your membership or course and do not begin Module 3, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@pulsepointpractice.com within the 30-day period.

Exceptions & Clarifications

• Refunds are not available for partially completed third modules or beyond.
• Hands-on events, 1-on-1 coaching packages, or physical products may have their own refund terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
• No refunds will be issued for failure to participate, no-shows, or lack of implementation.
